Rico is a forward-looking technical leader with a deep understanding of climate change, decarbonization and environment, health and safety (EHS). His role involves providing advisory and assurance services to clients across the financial services, real estate and construction sectors, focusing on climate change, decarbonization, engineering, design, and EHS compliance. He is passionate about driving positive change and taking an innovative approach to create a resilient and sustainable future.

Before joining the global EY organization, Rico held the responsibility of leading asset management, technical safety engineering, and construction services for a major oil and gas company.

Rico holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado – Boulder.
