As a consultant in Capital Markets Strategy and Business Transformation, Ray drives strategic change through business and people management, process optimization and risk mitigation. He brings deep knowledge of regulatory transformation to clients, including how to prepare for significant market initiatives such as the US T+1 settlement and the SEC’s US Treasury clearing mandate.
Previously, Ray developed extensive experience in fixed income and served in various front-, middle- and back-office roles at major financial institutions.
