Rakesh helps develop solutions that drive clients’ C-level transformation agendas for growth, digitization, M&A, performance improvement, technology and regulatory issues.

Rakesh is a partner in the Ernst & Young LLP Consulting practice and currently co-leads the firm’s Strategy and Transformation services. 

He has over 25 years of consulting experience across new product and business launches, M&A, digitization, performance improvement, technology implementation, outsourcing, managed services and captive deployment across industries in North America, Latin America, EMEA and APAC.

Rakesh earned his MBA in Finance at the University of Rochester and a BS in Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India.
