How Raja is building a better working world
Digital technology has the potential to free people from mundane tasks which today account for much of our lives.
If we can digitize and automate these basic tasks, we can enable employees to focus on more complex activities which are not only more valuable but also more fulfilling.
Customers can be free to focus on truly managing their financial lives rather than focusing on routine transactions.
By helping banks solve these problems we can help the banks be more profitable, employees more fulfilled and customers happier. That is how I am building a better working world.
