Rachel is a senior manager in Tax Policy and Sustainability Tax Services where she helps clients in a wide variety of industries navigate a complex global policy landscape. She is a tax policy generalist focused on monitoring, advocacy and stakeholder communication who also specializes in sustainability tax issues including carbon pricing, environmental credits and incentives, and ESG reporting.
Prior to joining the Tax Policy practice, Rachel spent five years serving insurance clients in EY’s Financial Services tax practice with tax provisional accounting, multi-jurisdictional tax return compliance and advisory projects.
Rachel is a CPA licensed in Washington, DC and earned a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
