Phuong is a managing director in the Consulting practice of Ernst & Young LLP. She brings 19 years of experience in enterprise transformation, complex program management and value management. She is experienced in business case development, PMO design and activation, program measurement and benefit realization, business process re-engineering, enterprise architecture and solution implementation for information technology-enabled projects.
Phuong has applied her business experience, technical background and leading tools to help private and public sector clients plan, execute and manage both large-scale programs and quick wins. These efforts range from global enterprise resource planning (ERP) and complex performance improvement initiatives to rapid digital pilots. She is experienced in TMO/PMO tools, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and multiple ERP/HR/payroll products.
