Nigel has more than 27 years of investment banking experience, with the last 15 years focused on the consumer, retail and restaurant sectors. He has completed more than 100 M&A transactions, as well as more than 50 lead managed debt and equity offerings. Nigel’s M&A experience includes many forms of transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, merger, spin-off, carve-out, joint venture (JV), recapitalization and fairness opinions, in both the private and public markets.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC, Nigel held senior investment banking positions at Stifel, Oppenheimer, Jefferies, J.P. Morgan and Rothschild.
Nigel has a Bachelor of Commerce, Master in Financial Economics and a Law Degree, all from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.
