With more than 20 years of experience in retail, Nichole is a principal in the Retail & Consumer Products Strategy practice of EY-Parthenon, Ernst & Young LLP. She started her career in industry with a large department store’s merchandising leadership program. Later, she transitioned into strategy consulting.

Throughout her consulting tenure, Nichole has served several Fortune 500 retailers and consumer brands, in addition to collaborating with startup accelerators and industry organizations to drive growth and innovation within retail. In her current role, she focuses on growth strategy, merchandising and planning, and business transformations that drive value for her clients.

Nichole is based in Atlanta. She holds a BBA from Emory University, Goizueta Business School, and an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business.
