Natalie Jais is a manager with Ernst & Young LLP Consulting, with a focus on the travel and hospitality industry.

Natalie has held various leadership positions, including:

  • Chief of Staff and Strategy Lead for a global cruise line’s multiyear reservations system modernization program
  • IT Program Manager for a global cruise line’s first new build in its newest class of ships, in which she oversaw a large IT team deploying, testing and training on 80-plus technologies
  • Product Manager for a global cruise line’s in-house-developed embarkation technology to be used by approximately 30 ships across three brands to perform health checks and check-ins on days of embarkation
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Manager for a global cruise line’s digital products and experiences across its three brands

Natalie holds a BA in Economics, BA in International Studies, and a Marketing minor from the University of Miami.
