Mitch is the EY Global and Americas Consumer Banking Leader and has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. His focus is on next-generation digital banking transformation intended to drive revenue growth, cost efficiencies and enhanced client experiences. He is well versed across the spectrum from strategy through execution and has detailed knowledge of the market landscape and independent software vendor ecosystem. Prior to this role, Mitch was co-leading Payments for the EY organization, which achieved 26% year-over-year growth during fiscal year 2024.

Mitch earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia, his MBA in Strategic Management from Georgia State University, and completed executive leadership programs at Yale and Cornell.
