Minde leads the Indirect/State & Local Tax efforts for the life sciences sector. She has more than 20 years of indirect tax experience. She works with stakeholders throughout organizations to address the various indirect tax issues, including tax compliance, accounting, planning, policy and controversy.

Minde received a BS and a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
