A demonstrated leader, Matt has over 27 years of practice executing audits for media and entertainment companies, including SEC registrants and high-growth private companies.
Matt previously served as the US-East Region TMT Assurance Leader, NYC/Hoboken Audit Leader and East IPO Leader. He was also a member of the National Professional Practice Group and the Media and Entertainment Global Center. In these roles, he focused on accounting matters related to film studios, broadcasters, publishers, advertising agencies and music companies.
Matt is a licensed CPA in New York and holds an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University.
