Manish is a Principal in Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) Strategy and Transactions, Operational Transaction Services (OTS) in Los Angeles with a focus in the Technology sector.

In this role, he works directly with CXOs, executives and business teams of leading tech companies to advise on transaction strategy, planning and operational turn-around.

Prior to joining EY US, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for seven years for various Fortune 500’s and other privately-held and private equity-backed companies as a turn-around expert with focus on business strategy, planning and operational transformation. Prior to that, he worked in the High-Tech space in a variety of functional areas including innovation, marketing and pricing.

Manish earned an MBA with high distinction from University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and holds a BTech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi.
