Over the course of her career, Mairead has focused on helping mortgage banking clients and government entities with their loan administration, servicing and default management operations in an effort to manage risk and adapt to the regulatory changes within the mortgage industry.
She has assisted banking clients with evaluating and responding to U.S. Department of the Treasury and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau compliance citations for both foreclosure alternative programs and consent order enforcement actions.
Additionally, Mairead has led teams developing and testing contingency plans and playbooks for institutions to respond to third-party failures, as well as developed governance programs to assist organizations in the oversight of subservice providers and other critical vendors. Mairead has also supported clients as they embark on payment platform transformation projects and real-time payments assessments.
How Mairead is building a better working world
Mairead has worked with large financial institutions to lead programs in response to the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic is having on homeowners and small businesses. As part of these programs, she has been managing a team handling Paycheck Protection Program loan applications made by small business customers and piloting efforts to stand up a remote contact center to handle calls for homeowners needing relief options.
Most recently, Mairead has been leading a team supporting a top financial institution with its flood operations processes and the development of a target operating model.
