How Luke is building a better working world
Luke deeply understands clients’ problems through a listen-first approach, asking the right questions and creating custom product solutions tailored to client needs. Luke led several product development engagements, bringing to market solutions in areas of financial services that are underserved by technology. Luke led the design and delivery of a centralized syndicated lending portal driving the syndicated loan industry to digitalization as a standard for communication. Luke responded to the Paycheck Protection Program regulations by rapidly developing a portal for small businesses to submit documentation for loan forgiveness. Luke created a multiyear enterprise-wide digitization roadmap and backlog to change one of the largest administrators into a platform-based organization. In each of these efforts, Luke took on a significant role, and put in the extra effort to help ensure the success of the program.
