Lisa is a senior manager with Ernst & Young LLP’s EY Law. With extensive experience as a consultant focusing on legal regulatory reform, she advises companies on how to achieve their regulatory, repapering and operational goals.
Previously, she spent 15 years on Wall Street where she oversaw complex legal negotiations and regulatory compliance for major banks and asset managers.
Lisa earned a BA in American History from the University at Buffalo and a JD from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in New York.
