How Lisa is building a better working world
“My driving purpose is bringing knowledge and insights to help others achieve collective success and growth. To do that, I bring them the full scope of consulting capabilities – whether it’s in finance, supply chain, risk, technology or digital – and encourage them to think from the outside in.
Advance manufacturing companies are facing several challenges as they transform to beat disruption, with the most critical arising in the areas of supply chain, cyber and customer experience. Some organizations have made great strides in conquering supply chain disruption. Others have been forced to step up their cyber capabilities. But customer experience can be the most challenging, as it requires business leaders to get out of their organizations and understand how they are perceived by the general public.
Managing simultaneous disruption is a major challenge, one that I’m helping organizations to overcome every day.”
