Lindsay is a senior manager within the Corporate Governance Advisory practice, where she navigates complex governance requirements and soft market pressures to help clients achieve their business objectives.
In the past five years, Lindsay has assisted with over 100 capital markets transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, mergers, spin-offs and material divestitures. Lindsay has also served as a subject-matter resource on a spectrum of business issues, including SEC reporting and investor-focused disclosures such as segments and non-GAAP measures. Lindsay frequently collaborates with the US Center for Board Matters.
Lindsay holds a master’s degree from George Mason University and a certificate in Corporate Governance from Cornell University. She is a CPA in Washington, DC, and Virginia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Investor Relations Institute and the Society for Corporate Governance.
