Lavinia focuses on complex technology solution deployments for financial institutions. She joined EY after college and anticipates she will never leave, as her coworkers frequently declare her as an “EY Lifer.”
Prior to EY, Lavinia spent four years as a University of Pennsylvania Quaker at The Wharton School, getting a very practical Bachelor of Science in Economics.
How Lavinia is building a better working world
The solutions Lavinia has helped design and deploy have been used internationally by both clients and our clients’ end customers (direct to consumers). She has deployed Case Management Tools that have increased the quality and decreased the processing time of hundreds of analysts’ work products, as well as creating portals in multiple markets and languages to gather and remediate customer information.
She cultivates high-performing teams and mentors both rock stars and rocks with star potential.
