Laura is a seasoned advisor focused on architecting strategic transformations and executing complex, large-scale transactions. Laura applies a customer-centric, commercial-oriented and data-driven approach to the strategic problems that she helps her clients solve to win in today’s environment.
Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, Laura spent over a decade in strategy consulting and digital startup roles across a range of industries, including financial services, technology, media, mobility and chemicals.
She is a native Romanian, with work experience in North America, Europe and Latin America.
Laura earned her MBA from Cornell University and BA from the University of Richmond in Virginia, with degrees in International Economics and Latin American and Iberian Studies.

Laura is passionate about coaching and mentoring her teams, enabling their career development and progression. Furthermore, she is a long-standing advocate of diversity and inclusion and has been involved with a number of nonprofit organizations. Laura hopes to continue making an impact on and enabling underprivileged communities to succeed in the workplace.
