How Kimberly is building a better working world
"Kimberly is a people leader who strongly believes in the importance of coaching and mentoring. Given the beneficial impacts her own mentors have had on her career and development, she is building a better working world by investing her time to mentor the next generation of consulting leaders at EY US.
She is the founder and current executive sponsor of the Banking Women’s Network (BWN) leadership program for her practice. BWN is a diversity, equity and inclusion group that supports 250+ professionals with coaching, mentoring, development and networking.
Kimberly founded BWN in 2016 after being the first woman promoted to principal in her practice. With the help of several incredible future women leaders at EY US, BWN is creating a stronger platform to support diverse leaders with more growth opportunities within the practice and the broader EY network."
