Kevin is the Americas Sustainability Tax Deputy Leader. He focuses on working cross-functionally within the EY organization and with clients to create and deliver services and solutions centered on addressing business challenges. Sustainability and its multiple stakeholder, long-term value focus require thinking and execution beyond traditional organizational silos to meet company goals and external regulatory demands. Kevin’s career has prepared him well to thrive in this environment as he has spent 25 years working in multiple roles focused on assurance, tax, transactions and consulting practices, both inside and outside of the firm. Kevin also brings an academic perspective to sustainability having been an adjunct professor teaching Business Ethics and Stakeholder Management for three years at his alma mater, the University of Cincinnati, where he earned a BS in Accounting.
How Kevin is building a better working world
I am someone who loves to collaborate with others to develop solutions so they can achieve their vision of success. From kids and college students to professional colleagues and clients, I have spent a career teaching, coaching, mentoring and providing services. Whether it is how to field a ground ball, make career decisions or understand tax’s role in a sustainable business model, seeing people I have connected with create successes for themselves is awesome to be a small part of.
