TMT leader. Decades of experience with strategy and commercial diligence for corporations and private equity investors.

Karl is a Partner/Principal at the EY-Parthenon Strategy team, working with clients in the TMT sector. For more than two decades, Karl has advised a broad range of clients in the TMT markets, including many of the market leaders in business-to-business information services. He also has extensive international experience, having advised clients and worked in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Karl holds a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
