As EY Americas Corporate Finance Leader, Josh advises companies making corporate finance decisions that impact shareholder value – transactions, capital allocation and optimization, and transformation. He has extensive experience in M&A, divestitures, strategic planning, dispute resolution, financial reporting, tax planning, and valuation.
For over 25 years, Josh has assisted clients in the media and entertainment and consumer sectors, with a notable focus on content production and distribution, sports, and beauty care. Josh received his BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
