How Joseph is building a better working world
Externally, I’m building a better working world with my involvement in a number of boards, specifically Teach for America in the Twin Cities, which provides an avenue for kids to get the education they need and deserve. I use my connections within the firm to help advance this cause.
Internally, it’s really about creating an environment where people can feel empowered and heard so they can bring their talents and abilities to work.
