How Joon is building a better working world
“While corporate clients may have capital markets experience, they are often outmatched by their counterparts in a financing transaction. Additionally, navigating asymmetric information and conflicts of interest can result in suboptimal outcomes. As a transaction’s complexity increases, the need for enhanced experience, information and objectivity becomes even more important.
We help clients bridge these gaps with capital markets experience and deep industry knowledge. EY services offer an independent viewpoint with the clients’ best interests in mind. Having an independent, trusted advisor not only helps preserve value for the company and its stakeholders, but also leverages management’s time and experience to explore multiple options and alternatives.”
