He was White House Supply Chain lead on the Coronavirus Task Force and Joint Chiefs of Staff Vice Director for Logistics.
John earned a BS in engineering from the US Naval Academy, and MS degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School and the National Defense University Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
