How Joe is building a better working world
“I am passionate about enhancing the performance and growth of our high-performing teams and expanding the opportunities our people have for personal and professional development. I’ve served as a New Partner Senior Advisor, a mentor in the EY NextGen initiative for partner-track professionals and a mentor in EY Tax Excellence programs.
I work with firm Counseling Family groups, which offer EY professionals opportunities for education and discussion with peers and leaders across offices, and I am a dedicated advocate for our firm mentoring programs and individual participants.“
