Jeremy is a Partner within the Strategy and Transactions practice at Ernst & Young LLP and currently serves as the EY Americas Strategy and Transactions Insurance Leader.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has been involved in numerous transactions across the insurance industry (life and property and casualty), working with brokers, underwriters and carriers, servicer providers, and administrators. He has deep experience analyzing US GAAP and statutory accounting results. Jeremy also has extensive sell-side experience assisting companies prepare for carve-out transactions (both trade sales and IPOs) and full enterprise divestiture transactions.

Jeremy earned a BS in Accounting and Finance from the New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He is a CPA in New York and a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA.
