Jay is a principal at EY-Parthenon and a leading advisor to global medical technologies and pharmaceutical companies on a wide range of strategy, commercial and M&A issues.
During his 20 years of consulting, Jay has helped more than 100 medical technologies, pharmaceutical and health care companies develop and execute organic and inorganic strategies to drive growth and transformation in the US, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America markets.
Jay’s areas of focus include business unit strategy, market entry strategy, expansion and adjacencies strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), value proposition transformation, business model transformation, go-to-market strategy, new product launch, market access, and commercial model design.
Prior to joining EY-Parthenon in 2021, Jay held various practice and account leadership roles at leading professional services firms and corporations.
