Jay serves as the EY Americas Telecommunications Co-Leader at Ernst & Young LLP. He also serves as a Global Client Service Partner for one of the firm’s largest accounts. He has more than 30 years of experience working and consulting in the telco/media/technology industry.

Over his career, Jay has authored thought leadership content and been published in Business Finance Magazine, The BI Journal and AICPA Journal of Management Accounting.

Jay holds a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
