Jason is a principal in the Financial Services Business Transformation Consulting practice. He has more than 25 years of experience in consumer banking, transformation and merger integration, payments, operations simplification and automation, as well as product and digital transformation.

Before joining the US firm, Jason spent over 12 years in industry roles focused on product and channel leadership. He served as the Checking and Debit Product Executive at a global bank, where he drove record growth and retention through simplification and innovative offers. Prior to that, he was the head of the ATM Channel, responsible for branch technology and processes, deploying significant improvements to sales and service operations at another multinational bank. Before his industry experience, Jason spent a decade in consulting, concentrating on financial services merger integration and large-scale systems implementations.
