Igal has been advising corporations and lenders on corporate finance and restructuring matters for more than 15 years. He also spent three years as a risk advisory consultant, assisting companies with business process redesign and reengineering.

Igal leads the EY Regional Strategy and Transactions (SaT) group. He focuses on restructuring and insolvencies, due diligence, divestitures, capital and debt advisory and M&A services.

He advises debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, bondholders, shareholders and governments in engagements ranging from M&A support, to performance enhancement of solvent companies and dealing with deeply distressed situations.
