Hal is a partner with Ernst & Young LLP with more than 20 years of experience serving clients, including some of our largest global accounts. Most recently, he served as the West Region Banking and Capital Markets Assurance Leader, where he oversaw the growing FinTech practice. Hal also has extensive experience with initial public offerings (IPOs). As the Financial Services Industry IPO Leader, he provided audit and advisory services to clients with a focus on the SEC’s financial reporting requirements and IPO readiness.
Hal is a CPA in New York and California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
