Gustavo is a principal in the EY-Parthenon Value Creation practice with over 18 years of global consulting experience, with a primary focus on the US and Latin America.

During his extensive EY tenure, Gustavo has gained diverse experience with clients in many industries but with particular focus on the consumer products and retail sectors. He focuses on operational value creation throughout the deal lifecycle, assisting private equity and corporate clients in assessing, planning and delivering on value creation levers. His experiences include a diverse set of problem-solving matters such as cost take-out, operational due diligence, synergies, integration planning and execution, supply chain optimization, sustainability, corporate strategy, innovation strategy, design thinking and more.

Gustavo received his education in Brazil, earning two master’s degrees — one in Business Administration and one in Finance — and a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
