Frank is a Managing Director and the US leader of the IT Asset Management Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP. He has over 25 years of experience advising businesses and clients on IT infrastructure and ITAM governance process and procedures, IT vendor management and contract optimization, software compliance and verification, software license optimization and ITAM managed services. Frank has the experience of working with clients of all sizes and complexities, leading transformative solutions to drive meaningful client business outcomes.
Prior to joining EY, Frank held positions in major technology organizations focused on ITAM technical services, data analytics, and software licensing.
He earned a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
