How Eyal is building a better working world
“In a unique product offering, I advise clients through the various stages of development of a BDC. I provide insights to my clients to help them navigate the complexities of a product offering subject to both the ’34 Act and ’40 Act, investments that are hard to value and internal control over financial reporting requirements.”
