Eric is a New York-based Managing Director in Ernst & Young LLP’s Strategy and Transactions practice, focused on advising clients on all matters relating to corporate finance including capital raising, capital allocation, portfolio and value optimization, and acquisitions and divestitures.
He has experience advising companies as a private equity investor, private lender and board of director on issues including executing strategic initiatives; acquiring and integrating tuck-in acquisitions; evaluating and monetizing business lines; restructuring operations and management; and negotiating purchase, credit, management incentive plans and partnership agreements.
Eric earned a BS in Finance and Accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and an MBA from Columbia University.
How Eric is building a better working world
I have been an active volunteer for the Job Opportunities Program funded by the Inner-City Scholarship Fund for 15 years which provides monthly workshops to top NYC high school students. The workshops focus on preparing students with both college and job readiness skills ranging from resume creation to interview preparation including best practices in the workplace.
