Eric is a partner in the EY-Parthenon Deal Technology practice at Ernst & Young LLP. He has close to 20 years of management consulting experience, advising and supporting large and midsize organizations, whether they are buying, selling or reshaping their businesses.

Eric’s transaction and transformation experiences — including technology strategy, operating model design, cost/synergy modeling and execution, and program management — are extensive across the full deal lifecycle, encompassing due diligence, as well as integration and separation planning and execution.

Eric holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics (major in Systems Technology) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics (major in Management and Leadership) from Uppsala University, Sweden.
