As a principal in the EY-Parthenon Consumer Strategy practice, Don brings over 20 years of consulting and industry experience in driving enterprise value creation through growth strategies and corporate transformations for consumer and industrial clients. He is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, boards and across all organizational levels.
Don’s background includes corporate and business unit strategy development and implementation; customer/consumer segmentation; process and organizational redesign; and go-to-market and assortment/offering enhancements, including private label/own brands.
He has worked in multiple consumer sectors, including food and beverage, pet care, hardlines, apparel, soft-lines, electronics and personal care. Don has also worked across various retail formats, including mass, grocery, convenience and omnichannel.
Don previously held senior roles at other strategy firms and was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble.
Don earned an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from The UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Psychology from Duke University.
