Devesh serves as a senior director in EY-Parthenon’s transaction strategy and execution practice. He has a deep understanding of strategy, transaction advisory, commercial and operational due diligence, M&A regulation, and investment analysis. Devesh specializes in steering global clients through intricate cross-border deals, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate transformations, ensuring that strategic and investment initiatives are in line with the organization’s enduring growth.
His experience spans a range of sectors, notably technology, consumer products, industrials and finance, where he has advised strategic and private equity firms. Devesh’s academic credentials include an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor in Business Studies from the University of Delhi. A CFA charterholder, Devesh has also made significant contributions to investment research, with his analyses featured on platforms such as The Street and Nasdaq.
