David A. Brown

As Head of Equity Capital Markets, David advises EY clients on capital markets considerations and transactions. He helps manage the equity capital dialogue for corporate clients, providing analysis, perspective and advice as companies consider capital raising alternatives.

David provides clients with capital markets advisory services and transaction support for projects including Initial Public Offerings, follow-on offerings, convertible debt offerings and call spreads, private placements and return of capital considerations and share repurchase strategies.

David joined EY in April 2015 after nearly 20 years of Wall Street experience and completing 100+ transactions across the capital markets product spectrum. He graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics.
