Dave is a managing director in Consulting – Supply Chain & Operations. He has 40 years of industry and consulting experience in a variety of industries, including technology and consumer products. He focuses on large-scale transformation, improvement of supply chain and operations, and the application of emerging technologies to operational performance.

Dave is consulting leader for the EY global semiconductor community and leads the North America process excellence capability.

He has a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University and holds five US patents.

How Dave is building a better working world

From implementing the Theory of Constraints in a consumer products company’s largest plant, to helping a semiconductor equipment manufacturer ride the waves of its industry cycles, to helping a major railroad turn around its operations, Dave focuses on operational excellence and supply chain performance improvement. His current work includes manufacturing transformation, improving supply chain resilience and sustainability, and helping clients deal with semiconductor industry issues.
