Dan is a senior advisor with more than 20 years of experience advising start-up and established companies on growth strategy, business plan development, portfolio optimization, and mergers and acquisitions. He currently holds leadership roles in health and life sciences private equity as well as the EY-Parthenon New York office.
Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, he held roles in strategy leadership and senior management in health and private equity practices. He has worked extensively with both front-end strategic analyses and transaction-related advice across a wide range of industries.
Dan has deep experience working with multi-site providers, academic medical centers, hospital services, insurers, health care technology, revenue cycle management, medical devices and specialty pharmaceuticals.
He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar.
