Christina is a Denver-based senior manager in the Financial Services Organization of Ernst & Young LLP (EY US). She has significant experience in the banking and financial services industry focused in the areas of large-scale technology program management and delivery, automotive and captive finance core system modernization, vendor selection, program governance and reporting, business process re-engineering, business requirements gathering and analysis, end-to-end functional test planning and execution, and deployment planning.
How Christina is building a better working world
Christina works with consumer lending and servicing executives to optimize operational processes and implement business transformation initiatives. She has significant experience with automotive and captive core modernization delivery and vendor platform implementation for large-scale multi-region programs. Christina has a heightened focus in the automotive finance space, serving as the vendor and alliance lead for the automotive, captive and equipment practice at EY US, where she cultivates vendor relationships and partnerships in the market.
She also serves as a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) champion and leads EY US’ Business Transformation Banking Women’s Network, which creates formal channels of guidance, open dialogue and networking among women in the practice, and enhances opportunities for mentorship/sponsorship, stewardship, and leadership development. Christina is a counselor and mentor to dozens of practitioners and is passionate about developing the next generation of client-facing leaders.
