Cailin Toomey is a manager in the Health Business Consulting – Business Transformation practice. She has a passion for helping health care organizations reimagine people, process, technology and data.

She has 15+ years of experience driving operational transformation, including 13 years working for payer and provider organizations. Her career has focused on process engineering/business architecture, process improvement, program management and system implementation across the full ecosystem of payer operations. This includes enrollment and benefit configuration, claim operations, utilization management, care management and quality reporting.

Her experience also extends to provider operations, including readmission reduction, high-risk patient intervention program development and provider process optimization.

Cailin has an MPH degree in Health Policy and Management from New York Medical College, and a BS in Finance from St. Thomas Aquinas College. She also holds a Green Belt certification in Health Care Lean Six Sigma from Binghamton University.
