As the EY Americas Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction Leader, Brooke leads an integrated team of professionals with deep sector knowledge and experience to solve complex business problems and deliver value for clients and their stakeholders.

Brooke has three decades of experience helping public and private real estate owners, asset managers, and real estate investment trusts (REITs) manage their tax agenda and navigate the evolving global tax landscape. She has also supported clients in transformative transactions such as IPOs, mergers, spin-offs and operating company-property company separations across traditional and emerging asset classes.

Brooke has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a licensed CPA in Texas.
