As a managing director with over 25 years of experience in HR consulting, benefits and tax, Ashley has cultivated an understanding of the dynamics that drive employee engagement and organizational success. Ashley’s diverse background across EY practices includes experience in HR operations and employee benefits and the regulatory and organizational influences that impact these programs.
Ashley has a passion for developing innovative solutions to workforce challenges and works with many clients to create strategies that positively influence HR programs. She also works closely with clients through their organizational transitions to provide support to employees from an EY customized center concierge.
Ashley holds a BS in Business from Pepperdine University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. She is a certified employee benefit specialist designated by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in affiliation with the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She is also an IRS enrolled agent.
