Anish has over 20 years of experience consulting to large Fortune 500 as well as private equity clients. He has advised clients on value creation topics as well as M&A transactions covering the full integration/divestiture life cycle. His primary focus is on the Technology sector, serving semiconductor and software clients. He also serves Consumer and Industrial clients on operational improvement and M&A topics. His areas of experience include business and portfolio strategy, value creation and performance improvement, and operating model and organization design.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, he was an associate partner at a global management consulting firm.
Anish holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
