Adam currently serves in the role of Credits & Incentives Leader for the Central Region within EY US’s Indirect Tax practice. In this role, he oversees a team of approximately 55 professionals in location investment, credits & incentives matters.
Adam assists both for-profit and government sector clients with economic development matters, identifying and negotiating global and domestic incentives, structuring incentives transactions, utilizing state credits, public finance and sustainability incentives. Adam has broad experience with federal, state and local economic development programs. He also works with state and local agencies on updating their economic development strategies to succeed in the current market environment.
Adam obtained a Bachelors in Finance from Ohio University and a JD and LLM (in tax) from Capital University. Adam has been admitted to the Ohio Bar and Northern and Southern District Courts of Ohio.
